Our Story
Hembury Homes was founded in 2012 by Dan & Sarah Salt.

Since 2012, Hembury Homes has been designing practical, stylish and charming neighbourhoods that reflect our approach to home building.

Living and having grown up in South Devon, both are passionate about the high-quality housing and the respect needed to be given to this lovely part of the nature’s garden we call Dartmoor.

Dan has a vast background in construction and civil engineering and is often found on-site, ensuring that every development runs smoothly and is built to the top-quality standards home buyers deserve.

Sarah, who is the brains behind the finance side of the business, is a qualified accountant that has an established background working with a variety of affordable housing companies including Tor Homes, who are now part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group.
