We are delighted for Hembury Homes to be recognised alongside our site manager Ben Camm for the Devonia Court site in Yelverton.
Each month developments are awarded a Site Recognition Award certificate by LABC for the quality of workmanship and site management shown.
LABC Warranty Risk Management Surveyors are responsible for scoring a development during each of their site inspection visits. Scores are based on the standard of site management including:
- Quality of workmanship at different stages of construction
- Health and safety on site
- Site tidiness and organisation
- General cooperation
- Standard of site management
