Hembury Homes will also be contributing £155,000 to the local community, including enhancements to open space play and sports facilities, schools and affordable housing, as well as providing new allotments for local community use including water supply and parking.
Three of the 13 homes have been earmarked as affordable housing.

Construction is due to start in May 2023 with the construction phase likely to last 15 months.
