April 2019 – Exciting news, we have now started on site in Ivybridge. Ivydale Gardens is ideally situated close to the A38 which provides excellent links to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter including the airport approximately a 45 minute journey. There is also a train station in Ivybridge providing main line connections to Penzance and London Paddington. Groundworks are underway and the first plots will be available towards the end of this year.
