January 2020 – we are pleased to announce that our first plot has been occupied at Ivydale Gardens. Our new home owners can enjoy all that Ivybridge has to offer including for those who enjoy history, a walk into Longtimber Woods which affords a view of the remaining pillars from the original Brunel 1848 viaduct structure. Ivybridge is a bustling, friendly town set on the banks of the beautiful River Erme, ideally situated as a base to visit Dartmoor and the South Hams, a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, all within easy reach.
