To ensure you feel secure in your new home, every Hembury Home comes with a 10-year NHBC Buildmark warranty. Your solicitor or conveyancer will provide the full details of this warranty, giving you comprehensive cover and peace of mind.

Our customer care team is available 24/7 during the two-year builder warranty period. Should an emergency arise outside of normal business hours, our out-of-hours team is on hand to respond quickly and efficiently.
